Both the Prophet Isaiah and the Psalmist speak of the Church of God as “His vineyard”. When the bishop serves, he invokes the Psalms, calling out “O Lord, O Lord, look down from Heaven and behold, and visit this vineyard which Thy right hand has planted, and establish it!” We are all laborers in this vineyard, and must be wise stewards of it, so that it can “bear much fruit”.
Since we are unable to meet, and unable to take up collections, parishioners have asked if they can offer their financial stewardship electronically. We have now set up accounts with both PayPal and Tithe.ly to do so. These can be found at our new ‘Donate’ page. Thank you considering a donation to help offset our parish’s expenses, the majority of which continue, despite the quarantine.
